Our fearless leader who is an experienced Foodservice Consultant and professionally trained chef with a strong background in distribution, manufacturing, and brokering. A former multi-unit restaurant owner and operator, Megan brings practical expertise in menu development and food cost optimization. Her experience working with GPOs helps chains and hospitality groups effectively bridge the gap between distributors and program requirements to drive greater efficiency and value.

Alex Batista

Alex is a seasoned foodservice professional with experience across culinary arts, operations, procurement, and sales. He trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris before launching his own bakery, gaining hands-on insight into running a food-focused business.
After joining Levy Restaurants, he rose from Culinary Manager to Executive Sous Chef and ultimately Director of Procurement, sharpening his leadership, operational expertise, and supply-chain knowledge.
Alex brings a rare, end-to-end understanding of foodservice spanning kitchen innovation, sourcing, and strategic partnerships.
